How to play prerecorded message for all dropped calls

Hello everyone,

Anyone knows if there's a way for us to play a prerecorded message to a lead if a predictive outbound call was dropped due to agent's availability. Let's say if the dialer called the lead however all agents are engaged and we want to send automatically or play a prerecorded message.

Set the campaign's "Drop Action" to AUDIO and set the "Safe Harbor Audio" to the audio file you want to be played
