Callback with incorrect LIVE status

An employee was complaining about a blinking callbacks button in her screen so i investigated the case and found that in her callback page (on the admin side) it says there is a LIVE callback but when you inspect that lead it says there are two callbacks planned but they have status INACTIVE.
It looks like the agent made two callbacks for the same date, i guess this has something to do with it. What's causing the incorrect LIVE status?
