Hi All,

Is there a way to check the history of a call from start to end on what happen. We're receiving a lot of dead air calls now and we cannot pinpoint if its really a dead air or not.

it sounds like you would need to take a tcp dump and inspect it with a program called wireshark.

If you want that level of logging, you should look into using HOMER(https://www.sipcapture.org/). We use it on our VICIhost back-end and it is extremely useful for debugging all sorts of SIP issues.

First: Change Carriers to one that it definitely UNrelated to the one with the dead air calls. If that fixes your problem, the carrier IS the problem and they likely have an 'upline' reseller who's doing something they should not be doing.
