Hi,

Kindly help me with the H/W specs to setup a standalone server with Avatar Setup with 30 agents @ 300 Calls. I have a dedicated server with 8gb ram, dual core processer 2.2ghz and 100gb SSD but when I set a dial level 7 or 6 with dial method as ratio and 25 agents logged in with AMD turned on at certain point of time the server is reaching load 100% as a result there is an abnormal delay in avatar prompts.

You need at least 1 more server.

For 30 agents at 300 calls I would set up 3 new asterisk servers (2 might work) and use your current server for db/web.

1) NEVER use express. use the regular install.

2) ALWAYS post your installer version.

3) NEVER respond to your own post. That second post you did with "kindly post me your reply soon" actually dropped you from the "unanswered posts" list, and as such you caused your post to be ignored by everyone else. We all thought someone else answered it because you posted on it. LOL

4) The Vicidial Manager's Manual has a scaling/requirements section right at the front of it.

5) Two cores is not enough for 30 agents. You are overloading because your server is underpowered. Get a 4 or 8 core server or TWO servers.
