Isn't this in the Vicidial Manager's Manual for the basic version? After you get there, of course, it's merely a matter of interfacing the asterisk AGI with the API of the Merchant Gateway. Ordinarily it works best to build a web-based interface first, then modify it to also work with the asterisk agi script. Breaking it down into multiple stages make each one much easier.
