Hi,

I have setup vicidial for inbound and outbound calls using SIP.

Total number of calls received on DID numbers (including drop, abandon etc) is more than we have on Inbound group.
Reference reports are :
1) Inbound DID Report
2) Inbound Report

Please help me to sort out.

Im using single server with SIP trunk .

VERSION: 2.14-632a
BUILD: 170930-0853

thank you

You'll probably find that some hung up before the script could "kick in" and register the call in the ingroup. There are also some rejection options in the DID that may have intercepted some of the calls and killed them instead, or routed them elsewhere.

You'll need to check the logs for the actual list of calls for each and find one that doesn't appear for the ingroup, then find out where that sucker went (if anywhere). Note that the actual call routing is shown in many places in database logs, asterisk logs, and astguiclient logs, so the data should be available once you identify at least one "missing" inbound call.
