DROPPED Calls in the real time

Hello;
vicibox 8.1.2, vicidial 2.14-714a, Build 190628-1511 , asterisk 13.21.1-vici, Single Machine
As I see that the drop call counter for the real time report is not giving right number.
Calls that are reach to timeout in the queue and reach to the drop action (like voicemail) is not considered drop calls, why?
I have 2 calls dropped because the caller disconnected while he was in the queue and I have another 2 calls that reached to the timeout in the queue and went for the voicemail as a drop action. In the realtime, it is only showing the dropped is 2, and it should be 4. how can we resolve this?
