DTMF Working in Call Menu But Not Inside In-groups

Hallo,
i'm facing a strange issue, i've st up with the hardware shown in the bottom of my message, an inbound campaigns with 5 ingroups chosen from a call menu, inside each in-group i've set the CID_CALLBACK_QUEUE as 1 option and PRESS_STAY as second, after i hear my prompts , even if i try to press 1 or 2 , everything remains unchanged, but i see dtmf inside asterisk cli, and also they works when i press the 5 option to enter one of the in-groups ...
What should be ?

CID_CALLBACK_QUEUE? I don't see this in the "ingroup modify" page.
