Agent Auto Hang UP

Hi,
When a customer disconnects, it's possible that agent also disconnects automaticly without press Hangup Customer and the agent's screen go on to the disposition screen?
My system is
VERSION: 2.14-636a
BUILD: 171011-1450
1 DB Server
1 Web Server
1 Dialer Server
