Agent Auto Hang UP

Hi,

When a customer disconnects, it's possible that agent also disconnects automaticly without press Hangup Customer and the agent's screen go on to the disposition screen?

My system is

VERSION: 2.14-636a
BUILD: 171011-1450
1 DB Server
1 Web Server
1 Dialer Server

Modify Campaign - Detail View:

Dead Call to Dispo Only -If Dead Call Max Seconds is set greater than 0, this option can be enabled if you want to send the agent to the dispo screen after a dead call without automatically dispositioning it. Default is DISABLED.
