Hi guys if i may ask does vicidial SoundBoard have this Features somehow.? ----> Hot key prompts functions (e.g agent presses a specific button, lets say "A" and it plays the respective recording)

No this is not a feature at this moment. But we have made changes on our own system that make this possible.

There are already third-party software on the market. Try looking for that fits your needs.
