Problem "Sorry, your phone login and password are not activ"

Hi ! Good day !

I'm added user "3000" in menu " Add A New User" but after entered data of user 3000 (login and password) in web interface of agents i had mesasage "Sorry, your phone login and password are not active in this system, please try again". Why i'm had this message everytime ???
How to solve this problem?

If you re login as agent, you have 2 login sections, phone login and user login make sure you re using correct information

Did you create a phone for the new user? Did you tell the system what phone is for this user?

And yes, read the manual..............
