Manual Dial Audio is Connected but LIVE CALL not Enabled

Hi,
Intermittent problem let say 1 to 3 error for about 10 to 20 manual calls by the agent this issue will appear.
When an agent do a manual call to an answering machine the audio will be connected but the status LIVE CALL is not enabled so Dispo button will be
avail and agent cant dispo the call they need to logout or close the browser. They are using firefox, system is not overloaded mostly manual dial. Seeing two line
in the LIVE CALL SESSION section.
