I have a csv file with 9494 and when I upload the leads in vicidial, only 9379 are good leads a difference of 115 (bad leads). However when I upload the csv file to an online csv service that checks CSV files for errors they get 0 errors.
Could you tell me what might be happening?

The upload that shows you the total good leads should also show you a list of bad leads with the reasons they were bad. There are several. For instance: No phone number in the phone_number field. Duplicates (based on dupe checking options).
