When an agent searches for a lead which exists in many lists

hello all,

Lets say, we have the same person, with the same phone number, at many lead records.
When he calls in, or when the agent searches for this number, it is displayed only the record in the current list/campaign.
Is it possible to let the agent see all records with the same phone number and selecting one to view details ?

Hello George

Take a look in the Campaign Detail Admin and look at the options for "Agent Lead Search Method". You can control what lists are used. That's for the LEAD SEARCH. If you're asking about searching for a lead when using MANUAL DIAL then "Manual Dial Search Filter" will be the one to look at.

To see more than one use the LEAD SEARCH (enabled with "Agent Lead Search") and this will give you a list - subject to the filters you chose, plus other things like lead Owner.
