System Changes Status AB to B, Why?

HI, I have a issue with our outbound calls.
For numbers that have some issue, for example, "Number Disconnect", "Number Out of Service", "TurnOff"etc., always set a BUSY 'B' Status, when the real status must be AB.
CALLS TO THIS LEAD:

1 2019-12-03 15:50:59 0 AB VDAD NEW_CAMP 5000 5440618
# LEAD ID STATUS VENDOR ID LAST AGENT LIST ID PHONE NAME CITY SECURITY LAST CALL
1 5440618 B MONOOFERTA TDC OUT N VDAD 5000
How can I do to modify this procedure?
The issue with this change, is for automatic lead recycling rules.
