After call survey

Hello,
I have enabled After Call Survey in ingoup and set After Call End Call Menu to ivr with dtmf log enabled. But I have empty Callmenu Survey Report, there is Total 0 in there. Tell me please what should I do to have reports?
PS. Is it possible to play survey without pre asking if they want to participate in the survey in inbound call?
