Dear Team

We have one campaign where we set hopper load level as (DOWN LAST CALL TIME 2nd NEW). Now when hopper loads, it show the same number some time reaptead with lead source as (S and N). Also the lead age days showing 7 days or 11 days. I dont know why NEW lead showing lead age days, since this was new lead loaded into server. How that data is calculated in hopper?

I note you listed your Installer, but not your Vicidial Version with Build (which is a requirement for Free Support on this Board ... ).

Did you remove NEW from your Dial Statuses when yo chose "DOWN ... 2nd NEW" as your order?
