Vicidial Not Calling Internal Extensions

I know it is an older version of vicidial and I must update
VERSION: 2.12-575a
BUILD: 161113-0900
When the agents log in the phone would ring and that would log them in.
But now the phone is not ringing.
I am getting the following error message:
[Dec 29 21:24:20] NOTICE[177269][C-00000029]: chan_local.c:1006 local_call: No such extension/context 1080@default while calling Local channel
[Dec 29 21:24:20] NOTICE[177269][C-00000029]: channel.c:5747 __ast_request_and_dial: Unable to call channel Local/1080@default
a above you can see the extenion is 1080 - all the carriers are the same.
Any help would be much appreciated
