Custom callback number not in the list

We are Using Wait Time Option: PRESS_CID_CALLBACK and CID Callback Number Validation is enabled
On inbound call to our DID while waiting in the queue caller asked "if to be called back press 1" after pressing one callerid is spoken and asked if wants to receive callback on this number or different number, on choosing different number asked to key in callback number after confirmation of number call goes back to queue and music on hold is played and no entry in the list. Whereas after confirmation of callback number it should hangup and callback number should appear in the list.

Thanks, It is fixed.

I was entering the wrong length callback number.
