Record Calls of Selected Agents

Hi,

I have installed vicidial installed from Vicibox 9.0.1 ISO and my SVN details are below.

VERSION: 2.14-717a
BUILD: 190724-1603
© 2019 ViciDial Group

I have an outbound campaign running with 5 agents and I would like to do automatic call recording for agent01 & agent03 and not for other agents 02,04,05.

Kindly guide me how to achieve it.

You can set the Recording Override options for each of your agents in the User Modify page.
