CIcalls, DNC/CI, WN, SoF, SCC, PTP, OS, NGN, N, DNC, CALLBK, B

But those Statuses like WN, SoF, SCC, PTP, OS and NGN are not existed. And I am not able to find meaning for them.

They may be on an individual campaign instead of in the system statuses. Detail View of a campaign, then click on statuses in the top menu for a list of statuses per campaign.
