how to provide live ip in vicidial

First: You must HAVE a public IP. Next, you must forward a port through your firewall to the Vicidial server so those from the outside who request that port on that IP have their request forwarded through the firewall to Vicidial. If that port is port 80, your Vicidial server will respond with Apache Web Server and your "outside person" will be able to view web pages on the Vicidial Server.
Warning: If you don't set the firewall on the router or in Vicidial to limit connections to the public ... hackers will also now have access to that web page.
The same concept applies to any other service on the server. Web is port 80. Other services are on other ports. Some services (such as SIP) use Many Ports, not just a single one.
