Please help me understand the AGENT LOG RECORDS FOR THIS LEAD information:

That Pause time, is that before or after a call?
See very long timeframes on records 2 and 3.

And on this particular call, we've lost a recording.

Please remember to post your installer with version, too. :)

Pause time is before the talk time, so is wait. In fact, they are in order. Pause, wait for a call, talk, then dispo. Then the record is written and a new one created. And yes, it would appear 8225 sat around a lot between calls.
