Press 1 campaign not going to agent

Hi,

I am trying to setup a press 1 campaign but for some reason I am unable to route call to agent after customer presses 1. It always goes to External number setup under remote agents. Survey method is set to Agent_Xfer. Any idea please?

Turn off the remote agents. All of them.
