Hi This might seem like a random question.

Wrt an incoming call there is a record option under DID, In-group and Campaign. Which one of those options take precedence when recording an incoming call?

The DID recording is separate from In-Group or Campaign. So you can actually have a DID-initiated recording running at the same time as recording based around an agent session initiated by the in-group/campaign. As for in-group/campaign recording settings, for inbound calls the in-group setting will take priority.
