leads upload problem

hello

i m useing astguiclient_1.1.12 and i m facing problem to upload the leads on csv and as well as .xls too .

can any one exlplain me how should i upload hte .csv leads format . when i m trying to upload the sampleleads of .csv it is sowing good =0 bad=0
is there any stander format for .csv .

and what is the stander format for .xls or this version.

i use the custome leads loder too but the problem is same
what is the stander format to uplad the leads in xls and .csv in ths version

if you are using the custom leads loader you can select which header goes to that field.

check the test_VICIDIAL_lead_file.txt

or check the manager's manual located at www.eflo.net

when i m trying to uplad the leads in stander format it shows the error


ERROR: The file does not have the required number of fields to process it.

Hi

there is a sample excel File in the agc source directory

download that and see, make sure you fill all the information
