Email notification and Postfix

Hello;

vicibox 8.1.2, vicidial 2.14-714a, Build 190628-1511, asterisk 13.24.1-vici, Single Machine

If I configured the Postfix from the Yast --> Network Services --> Mail Server

Then postfix will be used to send email notification instead of using the default SMTP client that is coming with vicidial?
Or I have to do any special configuration to let vicidial use postfix as the client software for sending emails?
