Voice problems.

Hello Support Team!
We have installed VICIdial on a single machine (on a remote server). We created two phones, and registered them (they register when we open the port 5060 on the firewall or when we disable the firewall).
We have the following cases;
1) when we disable the firewall, the phones will register and when we make a call, voice will go through very well.
2) But when we activate the firewall and only open the port 5060, the phones register and when we make a call, we don't get any voice.
Disabling the firewall, is a bad practice. So i want to stick with the first option.
But we don't know how to turn around it to get voice go through with the firewall active.
Please, any quick response will be greately appreciated.
