Error 404

This is what im getting now. I reinstalled using sort of a weird method, i mounted the vicibox 9.0.1 iso and then manually installed everything. I couldnt run the .iso on autoboot or when i rebooted since its an amazon lightsail box. Below is what is running on the box. Asterisks is working fine. im thinking maybe because of the php version? any suggestions?

Options None
# AllowOverride controls what directives may be placed in .htaccess files.
# It can be "All", "None", or any combination of the keywords:
# Options FileInfo AuthConfig Limit
AllowOverride None
# Controls who can get stuff from this server.
<IfModule !mod_access_compat.c>
Require all granted
</IfModule>
<IfModule mod_access_compat.c>
Order allow,deny
Allow from all
</IfModule>
</Directory>

Is this right?
