Hi guys is it possible to Load Balance Web Server only Vicidial ( Like two Web Server working as one interface for agents) is this possible - to increase capacity , Thanks a lot

Any vicidial server can provide the agent web interface. If you install with Vicibox and use the Standard installer (not the Express), it will quiz you and you need only answer yes to the web interface question. That server will then have the ability to provide web for agents in addition to the original server still providing web for agents. Balancing is either handled by generic "web balance" applications (there are plenty of methods available) or by simply providing links to proportional number of agents to each web server.
