Park Call Greyed Out if doing manual dial

Hello Guys,
Currently having issue with Park Call, it's not working (greyed out) if doing manual dial. Inbound is just fine the park call button is working. if someone having the same issue can shed a light on this that would be great.
I've already tried installing vicibox 7.0 , vicibox 8.0, and the latest version 9 but still the same.

you only included part of the .iso version. It's not 8.0, it's 8.0.X. It makes a difference.

Asterisk version is stored in /etc/astguiclient.conf and in admin->servers for each server.

If the asterisk version is not precisely correct (including the ending "." if applicable), the sample/base configuration files that are loaded may be incorrect. During "install.pl" there are options presented. If the option stored in astguiclient.conf is not precisely one of the presented options ... the wrong files are loaded. You have to run install.pl again, reload the base/sample conf files again, re-edit them (especially sip.conf's externip value), and likely reboot to be sure it all landed properly.

If those sample conf files are not matched to the asterisk version, weird things may not work perfectly. Specifically what you are describing. So I hope this helps.

You also have to confirm the value in admin->servers.
