Inbound Chat Help

I'm not sure what i am doing wrong, but I cant get the interface on the agent side customer chat to come up. The internal chat comes up just fine, but the customer side does not.
This server is installed through vicibox9.0.2 .iso and I have my letsencrypt cert working if that has anything to do with it.

So this is the internal chat working from the agent side:

this is the chat inbound from customer to agent and as you can see, its blank:

what did I do wrong or what other info do I need to provide in order to debug this?

Do you have Allow Chats selected in the System Settings and in the Agent settings? Does the campaign have the Chat Group allowed? Is the Chat Group set to Active? Does the agent have the Chat Group selected when he/she logs in? Is the agent available or on pause?

lol that was during quarantine when i was first trying all that virtual server bs u tried to warn me against :-p lol
