Guys, any idea how to block anonymous callers on inbound calls with Ingroup Filter Group, coz i cant see any number it just says anonymous calls

It really depends on how the CID is coming in from the carrier. You can put 'Anonymous' in as a Filter Phone Group entry, or if the CID is actually empty(we have a client that this was happening to) you can put in 'BLANK' and that will match an empty CID through Filter Phone Groups. Some other entries we've seen clients add are: 'Restricted', 'Private', 'NONE'.

Thanks for the reply, how do i entry the ( Anonymous, BLANK and others entry 'Restricted', 'Private', 'NONE'.) where do i key in this entry.? on the on the Phone numbers entry on ----> ADD OR DELETE NUMBERS FROM THE FILTER PHONE GROUP LIST ?

Ive never used those methods he is talking about, but that would be the only logical place to put i would think because anywhere else wouldnt be applied to the right location in the DB
