Cannot Hangup on 3way call

New installed VICIBOX - i run into problem when our agents make a transfer calls and the call connect perfectly is that the agent cannot hangup on the 3 way call coz the hangup button is not clickable anymore and the agent got stock up with this scenario, anyone can help

No Spike on CPU cores - i got 6 cores and 16GB ram

Hi Ruben,

Why don't you use Leave three way call or Hangup both lines.

Because, you tried transfer call with third party. In that small popup, you have various buttons. If you click blind transfer, then call we hangup after transferred. If you click hang up both lines, the calls will be hang up.
