Conflict in sessionid

The agent is able to login into the local server ip adress, server call the phone extension, and he can hear "you are the only person in this conference"
he take the first call and everything is allright, after that the phone extension hangs up suddenly and the message "Noone is in your session" appears
by the way it's a fresh installation and it's the second server in the same local area network, the first one is running correctly.
i suppose there is a conflict in sessionid because session id 8600051 it's taken from the first server
