Blank calls survey dialing

Hi, i am running 2 vicidial servers communicating with each others, only problem some times i face is blank calls transferred some times on press 1 , here is my server info


Scenario: I have two could dedicated servers

Sever1- Dedicated-Vicibox 9.02 ( Intel Xeon Quad Core 2.8 , 8 GB)
Server2-Dedicated- Vicibox 9.02 (Intel Xeon Quad Core 2.8 , 8 GB)

On server 1 i run press-1 survey through remote agent. its working fine. on press 1 i route the call though dialplan to external extension to 2nd server
like this
on server1
exten => XXXXX,1,Dial(sip/Server2IP/XXXXX)

equation would be like this
Server1 =>remote agent=> Press-1 Call=>extension => server2=>did=>ingroup=>agent

some of the calls agent hear live customer very well. but some times they hear blank line, means there is no customer on line. only silent call. i have tried to increase /decrease que wait time from 5sec-90 sec, but had no effect,
Any help would be great
