I want to set up a webphone but I can't because I don't know what FQDN is and how to get it

FQDN is fully qualified domain name. for instance vicidial.org is a FQDN
You need to purchase a domain name and point the IP to your server

but I work with my server locally so I have no domain name I can put a domain name locally also on windows server for example dns locally

just get a free domain at freenom.com
