Hi

I installed and configured vicidial with webrtc

ViciBox v.9.0.2
VERSION: 2.14-756a
BUILD: 200609-2257

In the Real-Time Main Report, I'm able to Listen to agent (suppose having extension 1000) on call but when I press on "Listen/Barge" to another agent (suppose having extension 1001) after that it dosen't change it to new agent (ext 1001), I keep listening to the first agent (ext 1000).

On CLI, I get

Code: Select all

Well yes this is one way as it says user is busy but how to hangup call from admin panel?
I was using vici 8.0.1 without webrtc, in that we are able to just click listen for another user and another user, we didn't need to hangup the phone.

hanging up the phone has nothing to do with a web page unless you are an agent. You are not an agent.

I'm confused, you said hang up the phone, with webdialer we dont register extension, I think it automatically gets registered in background. How can admin listen or barge to another agents call?

I think I was not able to ask my question correctly, let me try explaining
When admin try to listen to an agent first time after logging in, he is successful but when he presses listen button for another agent popup window says call successful for extension but on CLI it says busy and the admin keeps listening to the first agent no matter for which extension he presses Listen button

Use a soft phone. Press the hangup button. If you insist on using a webphone, you'll need to find the hangup button on that web phone.
