Call transfer from agent to SIP extension

Whenever my agents are transferring any calls to an SIP extension by dialing the Exten number in the trans-conf option, the dial with customer shows hangup after 2 secs and Blind transfer causes one way audio. Customer can hear but the extension sip cannot hear anything.

yes it rings , but after receiving the ring, after 1 second it shows hangup in agents screen and also the call in sip extension drops which is made for the closer
