Hello, i want when i havent any agent available (because will be in pause/in call/dead etc) when dialer calls and lead answer, i want to hangup, i dont want to stay in hold.
I set in campaign's settings this:
Drop Call Seconds: 0
Drop Action: HANGUP
But still have numbers who answer and stay in the hold line.
