Time synchronization problem

I have different agents from different countries. Whenever my agents log in, they face time synchronization problem. Is it due to time mismatch in agents pc and server? Or any other problem is causing this? Is there any way to solve it because i will have 3 countries agent working for me. Plz help

Hello,

need to know the Servers specs along with vicibox version along with asteirsk version. Are you using softphone or webphone setup? What is the ping of differnet agents to your server? Go to reports and check if server time is correctly aligneg with php and db and is not going red when the problem occurs.

installed vicibox9 , server specs : 2core, 4gb ram, 80gb ssd.

how to check the time of php/db/asterisk ? and how to align them?

if you click on reports, there is a green box at the bottom with your server info, click the plus sign next to it to show php and db time
