We have installed vicibox 9.0.3 and many of the older issues have been resolved but I found out today that scheduled callbacks do not work as supposed to: when the agent schedules a callback, even for a week later, the system sends as next call to the agent the same number. The agent is put on a pause state until the callback is dialled but date and time of the callback are ignored by the system. We had to find out the hard way, calling the same customer twice and then I manually changed the status of the lead in the list. Any ideas?
