Dispo to Email with Attachment

Can anybody please help us with our issue with Dispo to Email with attachment. Our mails with attachment are not sending.
I have followed the steps in: http://www.vicidial.org/docs/DISPO_SEND_EMAIL.txt
Dispo to Mail without attachment is working fine.
Below is log on URL log report
URL;

URL Response:
Mon, 20 Jul 2020 11:25:17 +0400|ErrorDONE: 1 match found, email sent using TEST_CONTAINER with CALLBK status\n
Where can I find the logs for ErrorDONE:1 match found
