Getting a lot of Cancels

I am getting a high number of cancels on carrier stats, what would cause this?

Cancels only happen with dial timeouts in Asterisk, check your campaign dial timeout setting.

Could also be a carrier issue letting calls ring instead of passing them on to be dialed(which could also be Post-Dial-Delay)

Depends on a lot of factors, like who you are calling, what country, etc...

The highest you can safely set the dial timeout is 110 seconds, and the lowest you'd ever way to set it is 15 seconds. I usually recommend starting at 30 seconds and then raise or lower it and document what happens when you do.

all my clients at the moment are in the states callnig the states. I will take your advice and try at 30, thank you
