Caller ID > Sending Client ID Number

For some reason, the Dialer is sending the client ID number and not the CLI from the campaign.
For example the number below is appearing on the client-side caller ID.
M7292158330000011880
Had anyone have had this problem in the past? any input would be appreciated.
