Hello,

I have vicidial 2.14 installed on my dedicated server. Its working fine.

Version: 2.14-610c
Build: 200528-2239

Issue : Agent gets logged out when they reload the browser.
==> Agent reload the page
==> Agent gets message saying "old session with the same userID has been disabled"
==> Agent gets another incoming call on softphone (Asterisk invites same SIP agent to existing meetme room)
==> There becomes multiple calls on same softphones for single agent

How can I keep the agent in the same web session and same meetme room without generating multiple SIP calls even if they reloads the page ?

why would they reload the page? thats is totally restarting the session. You can't get away from that.

I m integrating the dialer in one of my other application and in that if we navigate the pages then the dialer gets refresh and agent gets logged out.

Can we stop that the agent should not logout on page refresh ?

No, you cannot do that, the agent screen is designed to "stay put" once loaded.

It sounds like you're embedding the dialler into an <iframe>. You could instead open a popup the first time your app is loaded.

That way navigating in your app would not affect the Vicidial agent screen.

Issues: when the agent connects to his interface the softphone starts up then when I pick up the agent interface hangs up and hangs up afterwards while everything was going well before merxi for your help
