Hi Team,

The server for which i am asking this question, is having below mentioned specs and vicidial version.

Server Specs:

Intel Xeon E5-2630
4x 3.30 GHz
32 GB DDR3 ECC
2x 240 GB SSD

Vicidial :

Version: 2.14b0.5
SVN Version: 3256
DB Schema Version: 1596
DB Schema Update Date: 2020-06-17 10:47:53

Now coming to question,

The question i have is,

The client is running one marketing campaign in ratio mode.

The dial status that has been added to the campaign are,

Dial Status 1: B - Busy
Dial Status 2: SVYHU - Survey Hungup
Dial Status 3: NA - No Answer AutoDial
Dial Status 4: ADC - Disconnected Number Auto
Dial Status 5: PDROP - Outbound Pre-Routing Drop
Dial Status 6: PU - Call Picked Up
Dial Status 7: PM - Played Message
Dial Status 8: AM - Answering Machine SentToMesg
Dial Status 9: AL - Answering Machine Msg Played
Dial Status 10: NEW - New Lead

Now once the broadcast has been finished on a list, If we go on that list page and check the STATUSES WITHIN THE LIST sub-area. Then leads disposition are showing as below

STATUS STATUS NAME CALLED
ADC Disconnected Number Auto 251
B Busy 891
NA No Answer AutoDial 1126
PDROP Outbound Pre-Routing Drop 2
PM Played Message 12219
PU Call Picked Up 622
SUBTOTALS 15111 0
TOTAL 15111 0

Now, my question here is,

Since we have added statuses, ADC, AL, AM, SVYHU in the campaign. Shouldn't VICIDIAL categorize disposition in those too ? Instead, VICIDIAL is only categorizing in dispositions, PM, PU, PDROP, NA, B as you can see in the statistics which are pasted above.

Can we configure VICIDIAL in a way that it will categorize leads in those dispositions such as SVYHU, AL, AM in ratio mode ?
