Hi,

I was trying to configure QC feature of Vicidial. Have done following

In system settings --> QC Features Active: Y
In Campaigns --> QC --> QC Enabled: Y (Also checked all statuses)
in users --> QC Enabled: 1
in users --> QC user Level: 7
in users --> Agent API Access: 1

But there is no campaign in Quality Control menu, what am I missing?

Anyone have any experience on this?

Anyone here using QA module who can guide..?
