phpMyAdmin - Object Not Found

i recently installed vicidial V 9.0.3 - updated zypper and installed vicibox-express.

VERSION: 2.14-763a
BUILD: 200719-1645

i am unable to access SERVERIP/phpMyAdmin
it says Object not found. The requested URL was not found on this server. If you entered the URL manually please check your spelling and try again.

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.

Error 404

i checked, usr/share/phpMyAdmin folder exist and have files too.
but i am unable to access phpMyAdmin

can someone tell me how can i access phpMyAdmin?
