Call Transfers

Hi I'm brand new to the forum this is my first post so hopefully i did it right.

I'm having an issue getting consultative transfers to work between Agents and Closers. Once the closer receives the call from the agent, the call immediately hangs up on the closer. please help.

Just wanted to follow up as it seems we found that the solution to this problem was an integration for VTigerCRM. Disbleing that seems to fix two problems. Aside from fixing my transfer problem, I no longer get an error every time i modify a user. I was getting a message saying could not execute even though it executed.
